This site is becoming more and more just a way to let me know when certain people are streaming. Until there's a way to ignore shares and games, I don't think I'll be using this site much longer.

We are working on an ignore feature, but you could also just unfollow the guys who are sharing stuff across games? ;)
The problem is, I'd brought this up a long time ago. Nothing was addressed and nothing was done. It's tiring to see lots of crap that you don't want to see. I can just unfollow people, sure, but what if I want to follow them but not see some of the things they share or the games that I don't like? That's the problem with this site. It's too pro-spam.

We have actually half a dozen features on the list, which help prevent spamming. A few of those were already implemented in the last months, like the new way game related content is spread (10/2012), fame removal on negative posts (02/2013) or raw posting/commenting limitations (11/2012). For the next update there will be an ignore feature for users, share limitations and love/hate improvements. After that we want to provide a way to block content for certain games/nooks.
Why hasn't this all been added? Prioritization. As you know we are a small team and Anook is just starting to grow. So we can't spent 150 hours on making the feed less spammy when there is not that much going on anyways.
But rest assured all your ideas and requests are not lost or forgotten. We just need time to get them done.

Did you have issues before?
Yeah. I actually tweeted to you about it on monday. Google's open id login wasn't working at all. Something about a bad redirect url. Been happening for around a month I think.
Arrrgh Twitter, it's great that they want to introduce me to a dozen sponsored users every other day, but me being mentioned in a tweet is not worth a notification... sorry about that.
To the actual problem, this sounds horrible. We had to move Anook to a backup system a couple of weeks ago, so there could be some minor DNS downtimes. You are on Linux right? Is there like a super long local DNS cache or something? I can't think of anything else, checking the logs there actually have been quite a few signups with Google in the last weeks...

I preordered the new Epic Mickey for 3DS today. Amazon has a good deal on it (plus you'll get five dollars off the preorder price).
I'm super anxious to get my new 3DS charger from dealextreme. Their prices are good and the shipping is always free, but damn it takes forever for things to come.
I have mk7, pilot wings, super mario 3d land, super street fighter IV, and cave story on the way. I also have kirby's adventure, VVVVVV, and a few other games on the 3DS itself.
i see... i played a lot of mk7 and street fighter... love that little machine. should play some soon again

Been busy again with work. I've not had much time for online stuff between that, /r/Minecraft moderating, and computer freezes. I've been given some time off, so hopefully I'll have time now.

Bah, I've not had too much time for Minecraft stuff lately. And to add on top of that, I think a piece of my computer hardware is dying = I've been getting random lockups lately. Oh no!
