The difference between buying a computer in Belgium and in Germany.

Belgium - More expensive, not as good, 80euro assembly fee, store won't reply to emails about whether it's ready to pick up, parts that were supposedly meant to be ready to pick up within 3 days will only be there after 3 weeks, and only because I kept calling as they hadn't checked the order status.

Germany - Cheaper, better computer, has dragon painted on side of store, replied immediately to all my emails, order was meant to take between 3-4 days and was ready in 3 days, despite a public holiday in between, free assembly, 17euro for delivery to another country with 3 days for shipping.
