Meh, lose then win, lose then win, I had a losing streak earlier which I lost 100~ elo with, now I'm around 1200 and I can't gain ELO. Might be because I am duoing with someone at 1100 elo, I lose more when I lose and I gain less when I win. 1197 ELO now, was over 1350~ earlier :(

No, it is when we stop looking on how our team mates can improve, that we improve ourselves.

Sure, it is easier to say this guy failed top lane, this guy failed jungle or this guy fed all the time.

They even probably did. But if you want out of ELO hell, you got to play like one that wants out, one who seeks improvement.

In every game I play, I get high level. Not always "pro" but that's due to my short attention-span I like a kid, what can I say!

When you start, loss after loss looking at what YOU did, what you COULD have done better. You will eventually, become awesome. Lean from the mistakes you made in every game.

I'm not saying that it wasn't your team that lost you the game, I am saying that we all can always play better.

Doesn't matter how much I improve as support. If my MID or TOP or AD fails, I cant do shit.
