So I've just joined the site today (loving it by the way). I was directed here by likestoplayinpuddles on NintendoAge. Anyways back to my issue.

I just logged on and it was saying that I have a notification. I go to click it, and all it does is load. Nothing appears or pops up. I've let it sit for a while and still nothing. Is this a common error or am I just doing something wrong?

Some useful information to add on might be what operating system you have and what browser and version you're using.

I'm currently running on Windows 7 and using the latest version of Google Chrome if that helps. Sorry about that.

Mhh, how often did that happen? Did you see the notification dropdown element at some point? Thank you for your feedback!

So far it hasn't worked at all for me. When I click on the notifications, it drops down and has the loading bars. That's as far as it gets.

we just tested your setup. worked fine for us. weird. does the message drop down work for you?

I tested it in XP with the latest chrome (sorry, I don't have a 7 vm handy). Worked for me there.

The message drop works fine. It says, "You have no messages yet". But I'm still having no luck with my notifications.

huh... this is really weird. can you try a different browser?

Oddly enough, it just started working for me. I'm not sure why, I haven't changed anything. But now it's working :S
