From January 2013 onward, Riot decided not to hold scheduled PBE signups, due to the large amount of players. For some days now, the new cycle is arrived on the PBE ! Anyone know when Riot releases a patch after they release the notes?

Remember : The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical or experimental changes. Once your Application is reviewed Riot will send you an email with the results, and if you are accepted there will be a link to create your PBE account in the Email.

Write a ticket to rito, they will give you the RP if you make something for them.

Be prepared to draw your worst art though. :^)

The thing is that if you are not in a skype call with your "opponent" it's hard to make the best of each turn. Plus the RNG is always a factor, specially if he keeps overclocking and bomb salvo your face.
