Hello everyone,

we have just released our next update for Anook.

Beta Version 1.2 brings a lot of small improvements and bugfixes, but we also took some time to integrate our third gaming identity. You can now add your Battlefield 3 soldier stats to your profile! And while we were at it, we have also improved the looks of your World of Warcraft characters and StarCraft 2 profiles.

We have also started to work on some exiting new features such as the promised fame ranking and a chat system. You can already set up your online state in your account settings and see when your friends are browsing Anook.

Now that we have got our development environment up and running on our new host, we can focus on our next releases and will work hard to bring you more stuff in the upcoming weeks.

we have just moved Anook to a new hosting provider to be prepared for the upcoming months... this means we can finally focus on developing new cool features again. With our move we have fixed a couple of bugs and uploaded some small updates, which were ready for release. 

You can now login with Google and link your YouTube channel with your profile. You can now change your timezone in the account settings, if your browser's time wasn't recognized properly. And contributions can now be shared to Facebook or Twitter by clicking on the little megaphone icon below.

A lot more stuff is scheduled for the next weeks.

Anook (www.anook.com) is a new and exiting gaming platform, developed by a team of dedicated gamers. We are looking for a social media/marketing intern for our core team. The intern will work with the team on shared projects and self depended on own ideas and campaigns. 

The intern will join Anook in a super exiting startup phase. There are good prospects of a permanent position later on, but as we are self funded we cannot pay a salary or provide a workspace at the moment. We work as a remote team from the United States, UK, Germany, and Belgium. All communication is in English via Skype, email and our website.
