How to unlock other classes in Skyforge! This is really interesting and show how important it is to get a proper idea of the second class we are aiming for, considering the amount of time this will be taking.

I'm going to try all classes in the training room to be sure of my choice, as each classes really feel different in term of game play and rythm. For instance, I had lot of difficulty to get the rythm correct to play the paladin, I could not get the combo right, I'm just too clumbsy and lack of coordination. I don't think that all classes would fit me and it would be dishearthening to work all the way through a class to discover you dislike it.

i think having to perform combos on the exact second is work and a game design failure, why can't games be fun anymore, everyone has to be a hardcore super elite player nowadays to do endgame

I love the combat and the combos, I like having to use actual skill rather then mashing one to three buttons all the time. Combat is far more interactive, I think it's fun. Absolutely not a game design failure and has nothing to do with having to be super elite. Skyforge is a refreshing change.

so far as I've tested, each class is very different and play differently. Paladin wasn't working well for me the 10 min I tried it. But i play Cyromancer and have lots of fun. it doesn't play the same at all. I also tried Telekinetic and Archer in the training room and had been surprised to see how different it felt aswell. Archer feel very unique

I gave it a go, the combat is ok but it doesn't feel that great. DCUO was simpler but more fun for me for example. The world and the story felt really sterile, the early area felt generic in design and nothing grabbed me about the world. It felt a lot like Aion did when I played that in beta, polished and shiny but nothing that feels exciting or fresh, just standard mmo fare. It might get better later, or just might not be my cup of tea but I can't see me playing it much.
