Found another tidbit of writing that I feel like sharing. I've been working on my own paper & Pen RPG for years, always in spurts and it always takes new turns in it's concept... This was a lore piece of how the inhabitants of the game viewed the creation of the world :)

First there was nothing but Omni, alone in the nothingness.

So Omni created the World, but Omni could not see the creation.

Omni opened an eye, and the Sun was born and the sun shone light upon the creation.

Omni now saw how still the world was, and Omni wept. Thus the seas were created.

And the sea moved and Omni laughed in joy, and the laughter became the wind.

Omni held the world close and Omni’s love for the creation burned within, so Omni shared the love with the world and a fire began to roar inside the creation.

Omni became tired and needed sleep but would not leave the creation in darkness.

So Omni created the stars to watch over the world during the sleep.

Omni slept restless and opened another eye, and the moon shone among the stars and watched over the world as well.

When Omni awoke, Omni closed one eye and opened the other and Omni called it Night and Day.

Omni felt that the world was too good for only Omni to enjoy, and so Omni created fish, beast and fowl to share the bounty of the world.

When Omni was about to go back to sleep, Omni realized that everything that had been created needed to be cared for all the time, and so Omni created the Beings.

Humans, to care for the soil.

Elvari, to care for all life.

Dvergar to care for the fire underneath.

And Omni saw that all was good.
