This is a post following up to my previous one. Basically i'm interested in getting some Anook tournaments started, on a friendly basis. As i understand DotA i figured this would be the best game to pitch the idea! So who would be interested in a friendly tournament to find the best player on Anook? If so how would people want it to be structured? Choose teams or every man for himself? If solo then how would it be structured, random matchups or 1v1. Any thoughts/interest welcome!

Absolutely! But maybe not to find the best player? I know I'm not the only person who sucks at DotA 2 that would like to play in this but I don't want to play if everyone is going to yell at me for sucking. :P

Haha well i wasn't sure how else to name it, but it is supposed to be an all levels welcome thing instead of only the best :P

I'm with Lonrem on this, lol. I'll join! I'm definitely no where near being the "best player", but I enjoy the game and have fun when playing.

I'd join, I have a 5 man team too, if maybe you wanna do some kind of 5v5,4v4, etc... event? Would be fun.

I agree with Lonrem too. Also I think building teams beforehand would be the best idea. (:

Maybe give the times time for practice aswell. :D

I suggest finding everyone whos interested, and then making 5 man teams randomly from the pool of people. This way the skill level should be even between teams, and it would be a fun learning experience in teamwork
